A few times in life you hear something that sticks with you and you know that it will stay with you for the rest of your life.  That happened to me a few weeks ago when I heard someone say that there are only two essential things we do as leaders; we change people and we change people.  Think about it for a moment.  Yes, we either figure out how to get someone to change for the better, or we have to change out the person.  We change people and we change people. Which are we doing today and how ready are we for either, or both?

When we make the commitment to believe, we are changed and changed in such a miraculous way because God renews us!  There is no greater change and none worth more than giving ourselves wholly to Him! God changes people and always for the better! Store that thought this week. It is a great promise to have!
