“My words are plain to anyone with understanding, clear to those with knowledge.”

The values of a company describe “how” the organization will go about their business.  The words that make up values can also tell us more about the company and what they stand for.  Take this example of a local painting company in Rhode Island.  They say more than just the words:

Pride. Respect. Accountability. Integrity. Safety. Exceeding Expectations.
