day 2828: The Antidote

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God’s holy people.”

Let us strive for order and peace in all that we do and pray for those who revel in the opposite to see that the disorder of violence and destruction is hurtful and for them to change their ways.  I also pray that the message of those who are peacefully protesting for their basic human rights not be drown out or dismissed because of those who choose to ignore, misinterpret or deflect from the very real message to be heard and acted upon.

Ours is the God of peace and His heart must hurt to see what we’ve become as a people, but in all the disorder and chaos that we create outwardly and inwardly, He gives us the antidote to our poisons; His unfailing love.

Please have a safe weekend.
