I came late to the “How many times a day do you think about the Roman Empire” meme.  I still don’t get it, but this what social media influencers attempt to do; catch onto something that goes viral and then collect the impression dollars that come next.  But, if it was easy everyone would be able to do it.  The people in your social media departments are doing all they can to get you exposure (the right kind while avoiding the wrong kind) so don’t be disappointed when a number of ideas don’t immediately take off. One might and when it does, it could be big.

Rather than thinking about how many times a day we are thinking about the Roman Empire, let’s instead ask ourselves how many times a day do we think about Jesus?
