We spend so much time and energy on obtaining and attaining that once we have what we set out to gain, we too many times then don’t do something better with it.  I’ve watched many a company (and individuals) work so hard to gain something like market share goal or a product launch, only to reach new heights and then become hesitant to set the bar higher, or even set discipline to keep it.  I understand that hesitancy, but it is what we must do if we are going to continue to grow and expand.  So, as we get close to the end of the First Quarter of this year, what areas is it time to set our sights higher?
