“I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.”
What is an Activity Snack? It’s a fun term for the moments that we need to do a little activity to keep our bodies going and our brain working. I was once very good at these as I would walk while talking on the phone (sometimes long walks over multiple meetings) or just moving from one space to another to get up and away from the desk. But, Zoom has made it so much harder. That being said, we all need these activity snacks at least once an hour, even if it means a few stretches or something. We can’t be enslaved to our computer screens, even though that is what technology wants to happen.
I’d add that we need Faith Snacks as well. Moments when we offer a prayer, sit and listen for moment for God, read a little scripture, listen to a worship song, etc. Snacking is usually not a good thing but a little activity snack and a little faith snack can go a long way in making today so much better.
