day 2591: Confidence Monitors

“So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you!”

Last week I was honored to present a keynote address at a conference about recruiting and technology trends. I was given the option of having a confidence monitor.  I’d not been offered a confidence monitor before, so I didn’t actually know how to use it.  I wish I had as I could have had all my notes right there in front of me, versus carrying my notes around.  Next time, I will take advantage of the technology, if for nothing else, because everyone should have a confidence monitor. Really, anything that can make us more confident, is a good thing.

Is there anything else better for our confidence than to know that God is on our side regardless of what we are going to face?  We are promised that He will not leave our side, stand behind us and also lead us through all things in our life. And, when we become confident in our Lord, we are rewarded.
