What to do with a new boss?  There’s a whole spectrum of emotions that we can go through when the new Boss shows up.  It’s worth knowing and also where we are on the spectrum so can know where we want to go. See if this looks familiar?

And, if we are the new boss, where do we think we fit on the spectrum?

Is there a better place to learn about how to be a great boss, manager, leader than the lessons of Christ? It shouldn’t be a surprise that so many books have been written on how we can learn to lead with the principles and lessons of Jesus. We sometimes forget that there is nothing in our work that He isn’t ready to help us with.  There is nothing too small that God doesn’t want us to bring to Him!  And last I looked, our work is a pretty big deal to just about all of us.
