“God will do this, for he is faithful to do what he says, and he has invited you into partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.”

I’m a big fan of co-founded companies as it means that more than one person feels responsibility and accountability for the startup.  It also means that from the inception of the business, there an attempt to be partnering and team oriented. It doesn’t always work, but I prefer businesses that start with more than one person carrying the load.  As such, co-founders are also giving away a part of their equity stake so that each can have the same, or a larger part of the business than those who are not co-founders.  When we are in the toughest of times having that other person. or two. who are sitting in the same boat with us can make the difference between continuing to float or sink.

If God is our true partner in our work, then we need to think of Him as the co-founder of our lives.  It means that we have Him with us for all that we do, we give up ourselves to Him and we count on Him to help us through the most difficult of days.  How great it is to know that the greatest co-founder ever wants to be our personal partner in all that we do!
