day 2350: Set Apart

On that day even the harness bells of the horses will be inscribed with these words: SET APART AS HOLY TO THE LORD.”

We all seek to set apart our companies from others companies where we compete for business or talent. We have to find ways to be different and unique, otherwise, we lose in the marketplace.  We have now crossed a decade where the importance of an “Employment Brand” is something that now gets real attention.  And now, with the continued economic expansion, we must be thinking even more strategically how to be set apart from the rest.

As we continue to enter into this New Year, let’s be sure we are thinking about how we are setting ourselves apart for the Lord. It will be easy to be pulled into the “same”, but it is when we remain committed and steadfast in our being set apart from the rest of the world, that we are working to His purpose. It’s easier said than done and we each have our own situations that we incur, but if we seek first Him, we will find the ways that we are to be set apart.
