day 3K52: Writer’s Block

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.”

Yes, I get writer’s block.  There are days that on my own I just can’t find the words.  Even, after I have done this for as long as I have.  There is technology help for that now.  OpenAI has created GPT-3.  It sounds like the nickname of a professional sports player but  GPT-3 or “Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 is an autoregressive language model that uses deep learning to produce human-like text.”  I’ve taken a look at what it can do and it is pretty amazing.  I don’t see me utilizing it just yet but it reminds me that technology can be that assistance and also the catalyst for getting going what needs to done.  That kind of technology is all around us and now can even put words in our minds, mouths and hands.

The great Creator of all that we have has given us His inspired Word to dive into, embrace and make our own.  What I have found that if we approach the Word with what we are seeking to solve, answer, express and even communicate that the inspiration is always there for us and it will always deliver.  If today, we are stuck or at a loss for words, look no further than God’s Word to unblock us and give the inspiration we just can’t find on our own.
